As well as being one of Hammersmith’s leading providers of workspace, Hammersmith Campus is behind a wide retail and leisure offering, spanning shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and leisure space across four distinct pockets of Hammersmith
Predominantly located on Beadon Road, Hammersmith Grove and Glenthorne Road in central Hammersmith, Hammersmith Campus is home to some of the area’s best known names in food, drink and leisure.

Cafes and Eateries
Our cafe and eatery units are home to businesses including Pret a Manger, Baba G, Blanche Eatery, La Petite Bretagne, Alma Hammersmith and Fulai Supermarket.
Together, they give anyone working from or visiting Hammersmith Campus everything from a proper coffee and a quick lunch to a sit-down meal or the weekly shop, all within a few minutes of the office.
Retail and Leisure
Our retail and leisure units bring together some of Hammersmith’s best loved names, including The William Morris public house and Turners Florist, alongside Roger Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy HQ.
We’re also welcoming a major leisure operator to 3 Shortlands in 2027, adding further to the depth of our leisure offering in Hammersmith.
