We have an array of meeting and event spaces across the Hammersmith Campus catering for 2 to 45 people. Whether you’re having a private call, hosting a daily get-together, pitching for business or holding a workshop, we have the room for you.

Brittania House

Flanked by large windows providing plenty of natural light, our new ground floor meeting room at Britannia House provides top quality video conferencing technology and comfortable seating for up to 12 people.

Huddle

Located within 3 Shortlands, the Huddle meeting rooms range from 4 person spaces through to 12 person boardrooms, fully equipped with video conferencing technology, 65 inch flat screen TV’s and fast, secure WiFi.

3 Shortlands

For larger requirements, a 45 person tiered auditorium is available to hire at 3 Shortlands. The auditorium is very well positioned, adjacent to both The Gentlemen Baristas café and our leafy outdoor terrace.

Additional services such as refreshments, catering and printing can be provided at all our meeting spaces, subject to an additional charge.

3 steps to booking a meeting room

  1. On our Available Spaces page, select the meeting room that fits your requirements. Click ‘Book Now’ and you will be taken to our booking portal.

  2. Once on our booking portal, you will see the meeting rooms that are available for your specific date and time. Choose the time slot you require and click ‘Book’. Here you can provide guest details and order any refreshments you require.

  3. Should you have any additional requirements such presentation equipment, catering or printing, please contact our community team at 3shortlands@huddle.london and we will be delighted to arrange it for you (subject to an additional charge).
