Romulus is a property development company and workspace provider who own and manage over 1 million square feet of prime office, retail, hotel, and leisure space across London.
Operating for over 50 years, our family-run business acquires and invests in quality, well-designed buildings. Office developments make up the majority of the portfolio with buildings located in Hammersmith, Fulham, the City of London and King’s Cross.
We pride ourselves on managing the entire building lifecycle inhouse, from construction and refurbishment to leasing, management and community engagement. Rather than demolishing existing buildings, our ethos is to repurpose spaces into design-led, sustainable workplaces for the modern occupier.
In 2018 we launched Huddle, our coworking and flexible workplace in Hammersmith, which now provides workspace for 140 businesses and over 1,000 members.
The launch of the Hammersmith Campus followed in 2022. Comprising 350,000 sq ft of flexible, managed, serviced, and traditional office space, the Campus provides scalable office space for over 4,000 people, with additional benefits ensuring support is provided to all businesses from start up to scale up.
Centre Court Shopping Centre in Wimbledon was added to the Romulus stable in 2021. Led by Fletcher Priest architects, the Centre is undergoing an extensive transformation into a mixed-use local hub of approximately 315,000 sq ft, with Third Space, The Golf Groove and Boardroom Climbing already announced as new tenants. Completion is expected early 2024.
