At Hammersmith Campus, the difference is our people. We own and manage every building ourselves, with a great in house team on hand to look after you and your business. No third parties, no being passed around, just one team who knows your name, your space and your business.

Because Romulus has owned and managed its own London buildings for over 50 years, you deal with the landlord directly, from your first tour to the day you move in and every day after, which means quicker answers and more flexible terms. From the community team to property managers, maintenance, reception and our in house design and fit out team, everyone who looks after the Campus works for us, so there’s always someone close by to help you focus on your business, not the building.
