Fully Fitted (CAT B)
Fully Fitted is as good as it sounds: move in and get straight to work. Desks, chairs, meeting rooms, breakout space and a kitchen are already in place, with or without WiFi depending on what suits your team.
This is the condition behind Huddle Enterprise and our Private Serviced Offices, both fully managed for you so you can focus on your business rather than the building.
If you’d rather have a space built entirely around your brand and the way you work, our bespoke design service delivers that too, based on what you and your business need.
Part Fitted (CAT A+)
Part Fitted sits nicely in the middle. You’ll find a kitchenette, carpet tiles, lighting and air conditioning already installed, so the basics are taken care of, but there’s no furniture, leaving the finishing touches to you. (Although we can help with that too!).
It’s a genuine head start for anyone who wants to put their own stamp on an office without starting entirely from scratch, and a good match if you’ve got a fit out team or designer of your own ready to go.
Unfitted (CAT A)
Unfitted is CAT A in its purest form: a raised access floor and lighting – and nothing more. It’s a true blank canvas, ideal if you want complete control over how your office looks, feels and works, right down to the smallest detail, from the layout to the last light switch.
Serviced and Managed office space can sit on top of any of these conditions, so wherever you decide to start, we can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like us to be.
