To expedite your office move, our CustomBuild teams have professionally designed and fitted out an array of office spaces with desks, chairs, meeting rooms, break out spaces and kitchens.

Depending on your requirements, you can then choose to take the space on a standard lease, where you look after the running of the space yourself, or a managed lease.

With this option, all bills, services and maintenance issues are taken care of by our friendly on-site building teams, who can also arrange additional services such as monthly breakfasts for your team too.

Part fitted spaces are generally leased with meeting rooms and a kitchen already in situ. The rest of the office is a blank canvas for you to design. Should you require any assistance, our inhouse CustomBuild team can provide you with a range of fit out options to suit all budgets – or you can choose a bespoke option designed to your workspace requirements.

Our Part Fitted spaces are available on either a standard lease or fully managed leases, depending on your requirements.

Occasionally we offer to market unfitted – or CAT A – office spaces comprising raised access flooring and lighting. The space is yours to design and fit out as you and your team require.

Whilst an Unfitted space is typically taken as a standard lease, management options are also available for all of our buildings.
