Virtual Office

Starting at £55 per month, ‘Mail’ is our basic virtual office package with subscribers able to use Huddle’s address for post correspondence. All mail will be forwarded or scanned to a specified contact, or a collection can be arranged if preferred. Mail members are entitled to 10% off any coworking bookings, including meeting rooms and day offices.

For an additional £15 per month, customers may register their business at Huddle on Companies House and list the address on the business website.

In addition to the above, Huddle VO subscribes receive a dedicated telephone number which can be listed on business cards and websites. Depending on your requirements, our onsite team can either transfer your calls to a pre-arranged telephone number or take a message. Huddle VO also provides subscribers with a dedicated voicemail service.

Huddle VO Pro includes all the benefits listed above, such as mail forwarding, a telephone number and answering service and dedicated voicemail. In addition, subscribers benefit from five complimentary hot desk coworking days a month, full access to the Huddle facilities including secure high-speed internet, tea, coffee and fruit throughout the day and all building amenities including social and networking events.
