Romulus is a property development company and workspace provider who own and manage over 1 million square feet of prime office, retail, hotel, and leisure space across London.
Operating for over 50 years, our family-run business acquires and invests in quality, well-designed buildings. Office developments make up the majority of the portfolio with buildings located in Hammersmith, Fulham, the City of London and King’s Cross.
We pride ourselves on managing the entire building lifecycle inhouse, from construction and refurbishment to leasing, management and community engagement. Rather than demolishing existing buildings, our ethos is to repurpose spaces into design-led, sustainable workplaces for the modern occupier.
Romulus founded Huddle in 2018 – a flexible coworking and workspace brand with sites in Hammersmith, Fulham and Wimbledon, serving over 600 businesses and 2,000 members.
Alongside flexible workspaces, 2024 saw the launch of Huddle Cafés: The Gorilla Café in Huddle Hammersmith, The Clarion Café in Huddle Fulham and The Old Firestation Café in Huddle Wimbledon.
In 2023, Romulus began the transformation of Centre Court Shopping Centre into Wimbledon Quarter – a 315,000 sq ft mixed-use destination now home to leading brands including Boots, Caddi Club, H&M, Marks & Spencer, Oliver Bonas, Superdrug, The Little Gym, Third Space and WH Smith.
Wimbledon Quarter continues to lead sustainable and innovative placemaking with initiatives such as The Rooftop Farm and The Wimble online paper, reinforcing its role as a forward-thinking hub for the local community.
